At The Archive, we specialize in capturing these milestones through natural, authentic portraits that reflect your child’s personality. Our child portrait sessions are playful and relaxed, allowing genuine smiles and expressions to shine through. We focus on creating imagery that feels both heartfelt and timeless — photographs that will hold meaning for your family today and for generations to come. Session Includes: 45-minute session 1 outfit / 1 look Props Studio or On Location (travel fees may apply) 10 edited images Standard editing: Basic color correction (exposure, contrast, tone) Cropping & straightening Temporary blemish removal Sharpening for web & print Turnaround: 14 days Best for: Parents who want to preserve the beauty of childhood, milestone ages, birthdays, or simply the everyday magic of growing up.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee Full payment of your event total is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Until payment is received, your date and time will remain open and may be offered to other clients. Cancellations by Client More than 2 weeks before your event: You may cancel and receive a 75% refund of the total payment made. Between 1 and 2 weeks before your event: You may cancel and receive a 50% refund of the total payment made. Less than 1 week before your event: You may cancel and receive a 25% refund of the total payment made. Within 72 hours of your event: No refund will be issued. Cancellations by Photographer In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund of all payments made, or the option to reschedule to the earliest available date that works for you. No-Show Policy If you are not present at your scheduled event without prior notice, all payments made will be forfeited and no rescheduling will be offered. Rescheduling Requests More than 2 weeks before your event: You may reschedule without penalty, subject to availability. Your booking fee will transfer to the new date. Less than 2 weeks before your event: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and a 10% rebooking fee of your total. Emergencies: Life happens — please reach out as soon as possible and I will do my best to work with you fairly.
