Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee Full payment of your session total is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Until the booking fee is received, your date and time will remain open and may be offered to other clients. Cancellations by Client More than 72 hours before your session: You may cancel your session and receive a refund of any payment made minus a non-refundable 25% booking fee. Between 24 and 72 hours before your session: You may cancel your session and receive a refund of 50% of the payment made. Within 24 hours of your session: No refund will be issued. Cancellations by Studio In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: A full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee, or the option to reschedule to the earliest available date that works for you. No-Show Policy If you do not arrive for your scheduled session without prior notice, your booking fee and any payments made will be forfeited. No rescheduling will be offered for no-show sessions. Rescheduling Requests More than 72 hours before your session: You may request to reschedule your session without penalty, subject to the studio’s availability. Your booking fee will transfer to the new date. Within 7 hours of your session: Rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee of up to 25% of your session cost. Emergencies: We understand that true emergencies can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with fairness.
