Our relationship has been anything but conventional and we wouldn't change a thing! Take the first date for example, we met at an amazing artisan pizza place and ordered... brussels sprouts.

 

Over the next few weeks, we went on a number of fun dates together and were really starting to like one another when an unfortunate reality set in - Eli was about to depart to a backcountry lodge for the next five months. We said screw it, visited one another when we could, and wouldn't you know it - our relationship blossomed into something beautiful. So much so, we moved in together shortly after his return!

 

As we settled into this new chapter of our lives, life threw us a few curve balls. But we stood tall, persevered, and are stronger because of it.

 

We absolutely love going on adventures together any chance we get. None more meaningful than our trip to Costa Rica in February '24, when we got engaged! We were in our coastal villa near Manual Antonio National Park when Eli popped the question and we've been planning the big day ever since!
